Academic Pods of Georgia is a Microschool located in Atlanta, Georgia. We also provide in person teaching for those parents wishing to Homeschool their children.
We formed to provide an option for parents seeking a small-group learning environment that nurtures both academic and personal growth. Our mission is to provide a nurturing, personalized learning environment that fosters academic excellence, social-emotional growth, and a lifelong love of learning. By maintaining small class sizes, we empower young learners with individualized attention, hands-on experiences, and strong community connections, ensuring that every child reaches their full potential.
We believe education is more than just test scores. Small class sizes allow teachers to truly see each student—their strengths, challenges, and unique abilities—leading to a more meaningful and effective learning experience.
With three times more individual face time with their teacher, students receive the guidance and encouragement they need to thrive. This focused support helps them build confidence, master new skills, and stay engaged.
In a smaller setting, every student actively participates. Teachers can closely monitor engagement and understanding, ensuring that no one falls behind.

Academic Pods of Georgia (APG) is an independent elementary microschool dedicated to providing a nurturing, small-group learning environment. We currently serve Kindergarten through 5th grade, with a maximum of 10 students. Enrollment is now open for grades K through 5. Beyond 5th grade, we support families by recommending high-quality educational resources to continue their child’s learning journey.
At the primary level, we focus on each student’s individual progress, nurturing their strengths while ensuring a balanced, engaging learning experience. We challenge our students while fostering a love of learning through warm and thoughtful guidance. The curriculum includes:
